• Assistance at the airport on arrival and departure. 
• Welcome drink upon arrival at the resort. 
• 500ml water bottle per person per day. 
• Instant coffee and tea sachet with electric kettle in the room.
• WIFI in all the rooms and public areas. 
• Recreation facilities such as Dart Board, Soccer Game, Table Tennis, Usage of Gym.

• Honeymooner: A Beach Dinner (subject to weather conditions), a honeymoon cocktail and bed decoration once during the stay.
• Wedding Anniversary: Bottle of sparkling wine will be provided once during the stay. 
• Birthday: Birthday cake on birthday night and bed decoration once during stay.

• Wedding should be no older than 9 months to entitle the Honeymoon benefits. Copy of the wedding certificate must be presented at the time of check-in. 
• Minimum 3 nights required to avail the honeymoon benefits. 
• Beach dinners can be arranged subjectto prevailing weather conditions.
• Birthdays and Wedding Anniversary date should fall during the stay. A copy of wedding certificate is required at the time of booking to apply wedding anniversary benefits.

• Check in: 14.00 hrs. (เช็คอินช่วงเช้าได้ ในกรณีมีห้องว่าง) / Early check-in is possible when room is available.

• หากต้องการใช้ห้องพักต่อ ระหว่างเวลา 12.00 - 18.00 น. คิดค่าบริการ 50% / Day Use 12.00 -18.00, room charge 50%. หากใช้ห้องพักเกิน 18.00 น. คิดค่าบริการ 100% ของราคาห้องพัก / Day Use over 18.00, room charge 100%

• มากกว่า 45 วันก่อนก่อนการเดินทาง หักค่ามัดจำ  5,000 บาทต่อท่าน / More than 45 days before arrival: cancellation charge 5,000 baht per person
• 45 - 31 วันก่อนเดินทางหักค่ามัดจำ 50% ของราคาห้องพักที่จองเข้าพักรวมทั้งหมด/ 45 - 31 Days before arrival: cancellation charge 50%
• 30 วันก่อนเดินทาง เสียค่าบริการ 100% ตามราคาห้องพักที่จองเข้าพักรวมทั้งหมด/ 30 days before arrival: cancellation charge 100%.
• ยกเลิกกะทันหันหรือพักไม่ครบตามที่จอง ไม่สามารถเรียกเงินคืนได้  / No show & early departure from the resort : charge 100%.
